Summer 2025

So May has been filled with a show every week! I am exhausted but my heart is full! I have met so many wonderful people, people that appreciated my art, bought art and it is always a good feeling!!

Now it’s time to rest, focus on my much neglected home, see family and paint!!

I will not be doing any shows in the summer as it is just too hot! My body does NOT LIKE THE HEAT! I have applied to many shows in the fall, so we will see which ones accept me.

Those of you that don’t know, one does not just show up at a show. An artist has to apply with an application fee. Next step is a jury panel makes the decision of which artists are best represented to their show. Artists are notified, then a booth fee is paid, which can run into hundreds of dollars. Then artists can decide whether they want to show or not. It takes a couple of months the whole process.
